How To Stretch and Release

Treat Yo Self videos are aimed at guiding the individual on how to stretch and release various structures in a safe and effective manner to ultimately improve mobility and function.  Videos will feature self myofascial release (MFR) using items such as foam rollers, lacrosse balls, massage sticks, etc. In addition, techniques on how to implement static and dynamic stretching to targeted muscle groups will be included. These videos are for individuals that are not in pain. When dealing with pain or injury, we strongly advise you to get evaluated by a licensed health professional.
